I asked my manager to give me an earlier release and I am ready to buy out notice period but they are not ready should I abscond from company because I am getting best package and my joining date is very near. If I abscond should I get an experience letter?
Never abscond.... All your prior experience will be wasted if you will do such thing.
They might keep sending your PF to epfo for next 2 3 months and if you will join any company you will be found doing double jobs.
If you have your leaves pending, please check with any director level person in your reporting structure. Once he or she approve you can prepone your exits.
