Trending @Wipro; Early Release on Bench

I resigned and want an early release due to some medical issues. But my HR wants me to take LOP leaves instead and serve the 90 days notice period. I have no dependency and am on bench for one month now. Is there anyone who has gotten an early release? If yes help me how to proceed further.

Request your HR in a pleasing manner with a valid reason. I got early release when I did same.

Request your RM to recommend you to HR for early release

I have been mailing and asking my HR continuously for the past few days. And leave requests, I am begging her. Still no use. She wants me to take LOP instead! My L1 manager did try talking no use.
