Hello All,
Need your suggestions on how to get early release while serving notice period. Currently I'm serving a notice period and I want to get released 20 days earlier to join another company. What will be the best way to do this? I'm thinking of going with medical reason as actually I have one.
If HR, manager don't accept, can I go for buyout?

Buyout is not available. Waiver is possible if account agrees. Medical means, they will ask you to go on LOP until release date.

For what reasons, waiver is possible? Is it fine to work in another org if I go with LOP in the notice period?
