Early release issue

My company is forcing me to work for the whole notice period 90 days. when I am offering for the notice period buyout. Still they are not agreeing.

I am ready to serve 60 days. Still these bastards are not ready to accept

What to do. Any tips from senior like you are greatly appreciatable.
