Trending @Cognizant; Early release from the project
I got mail that my lwd is 16/07/2024 and it is approved by my manager but I need early release so how can I do this please help

Forget about early release.. now a days cognizant management is not encouraging early releases. Also, it requires D+ approval. So, it's highly impossible to get it.
But, if you are on the bench - u will get an early release whenever you want.
If you are on bench you can get release within a day😂
Even I am finding answer to this query....my manager keeps on delaying my leave
Forget early release if you are critical resource in important project, however all the projects are important....depend on your manager and someone who will replace you

If you are in billable project and a critical resource, forget early release.
