Trending @Cognizant; Early release from the company.

My grandmother is not well she just came out from ICU and i have all the documents of it. My father and mother both are working , my father is having high BP and Diabetes due to which he becomes anxious , my mother is not able to manage both of them alone. I am the only Son , thats why i resigned from the company and asked for early release , i ready for buyout also i am having 90 days of notice period , i just got a project where i have started to attend KT 2 weeks back. Due to all these i am not able to focus on work i am not in that mental and emotional stability where i can manage my work learnings with family emergency. What can i do i dont understand. I am depressed and having suicidal thoughts, planned to visit Psychiatrist this sunday , and will talk again to my manager on monday stating all these.
