Trending @Wipro; Early Release from NP

I am finding difficult to switch from Wipro as they are asking for 3 months notice period, Many companies are not considering me even for Interviews. Recently one of my friends woking in Cognizant applied for masters as she got visa she paid some amount and got early release from NP. Is there any similar option available in Wipro ?
