Hi Everyone,
I joined HCL one month back and now i received another offer with a better compensation. I want to get released immediately. I have been just onboarded to a project a week ago. Can i get released immediately so that i can join the other company. What is the process if anyone can guide me.

It depends on your project manager as it impacts the project directly. Discuss with him if he’s okay then HR should not have any problem.
