I want early release from cognizant. My project assignment end date is 9th Sept 2025.

I got the offer from other organisation. They want me to join in 2 weeks.

How can I get early release from cognizant? What are the options available for early release?

I think if you are on bench, you can get early release. And if your assignment is ending on 9th, put the papers now only, if the Management might extend then you will have problem. And then ask HR for early release, can get in week or 2.
