If you work for a client and you are a billable resource then you can't get early release. Inform your new employer to wait. I m in same situation now

Hey, I’m in same situation as well. I’m working for accenture internal project and not even working for any client and I don’t have any dependency. Even though my manager didn’t agree for my early release

I am in the same situation, just worried if the new employer will revoke the offer if unable to join on mentioned date

If you have not informed anyone about your early release yet. Please create proper documents for some severe medical reason and ask early relatives on basis of that. They will not budge, only for higher studies and medical reason they CONSIDER early release.

Note: if you do decide to go with medical reasons, make sure its fool proof. They interrogate a lot. Make sure you give them no space for doubt.
