Hello everyone please guide me how I can leave HCLtech early I need to join in 30 days in another company this is an offer I got after so much interview and pay is decent . I can't tell the company that I have an offer they won't release me early
L4 Vice President/Head approval is required. The HR can change the date based on the approval. Once approved the hr will work with the iOffboard team to make the changes in the tool.
I have sent the letter with health issues mentioned and need break they haven't replied yet

Bro schedule a call with HR and discuss clearly that you can't work after specific date because of some medical emergency in family. And document it on email after the call. Complete your transition quickly again have it documented on email with signoff.
