Hi I am working as a buffer resource in a project. I have been doing just documentation works and monitoring. I am selected into an other organization with a better package. But the only condition is that they can accomodate candidates with notice period less than or equal to 60 days. But mine is 90. I have earned leaves stacked up which would be a total of 28. Can I use my earned leaves to reduce 1 month of notice period. Is it possible? Or is there any ways? Please pour in your suggestions.
