Trending @Infosys; Early release email confirmation while on bench.

So the situation is I've cleared all technical rounds for a company only HR round remaining. But they are saying that they will only proceed if there is any written confirmation that I'll be able to join the organisation within a month. While I'm certain that early release is possible while on the bench, will anyone give me written confirmation for this?
