Hi My last working day is 26th September. My manager said he will give early release on August 15th. Will i get salary for the remaining days of my notice period? Im taking career break

You will get salary.. but if you take early release then it's a buy out .. you will need to pay that amount to them

But there is one way out of it... If your manager and dm agree to waiveoff the amount then You don't have to pay for getting early release

I didn't ask for early release they are only giving as my allocation gets over on aug 15th.
