Hi I wanted early release due to ongoing medical issues and have submitted all my medical documents,HR has validated and ready to release early but my managers are not letting me go, even I don't have much dependency, could you please give your suggestions what shall I do in this scenario?

Post that any further communication will be done by my email And Do mention that I am willing to handover my assets on email
So that they cannot blame you stole laptop

Just stop working, if you are in Notice Period, there is nothing they can do
