Trending @Accenture; Early release due to medical issues

Hi I wanted early release due to ongoing medical issues and have submitted all my medical documents,HR has validated and ready to release early but my managers are not letting me go, even I don't have much dependency, could you please give your suggestions what shall I do in this scenario?

Last option is Absconding and mention that XX-YY-ZZZZ will be my last date and I am willing to submit my laptop

Post that any further communication will be done by my email And Do mention that I am willing to handover my assets on email

So that they cannot blame you stole laptop
