Early release due to health issues

I am a female and facing a health issue (PCOD). Doctor suggested to stay away from system and concentrate on my diet to get better. I am planning to go home where I can recover. Will they give me early relieving if I resign as I can't go to office on daily basis? I am okay with buyout option as well.
