I dropped my paper and my project agrees to release me from project in 45 days. Manager informed hr about early release from project. Does HR have authority to hold you in company or he has to release you on medical ground? I have some family emergency and I am quitting IT and joined family business. I am B3 band and will company hr will hold me and keep me on bench and pay me salary?
You might have to pay even if you get an early release
HR clearly denied to release early. Even providing medical documents HR is saying no you have to serve notice even if you have medical emergency though. Sit on bench and take money but won’t release. I don’t understand what kind of policy wipro is running. Please if anyone have any suggestions how to negotiate with please let me know.
