Early release concern

I am on bench and resigned, but HR is not giving early release asking me serve notice period

What can be done to get early release

Pushing them itself is the only option.

Apart from this one option, I guess it is for the RMG to flag budget constraints + No Project availability, but this totally depends on unit and ISU level stuff.

However you can use this to upskill and get certifications. Take it as a rest period before joining new company. Reset your mind. It does wonders.

Also if you going to office download series and stuff as well. Take it as a paid vacation make the most of it.
