Early release - compensation eligibility
Hey TCS folks, I officially moved out of TCS today. Since I was on bench, I submitted my resignation two days ago, and the release process was completed quickly. I’m now officially separated from the organization. Just wanted to check do we receive basic pay for the remaining notice period (90 days) in such cases?
I understand it sounds funny, but that's what was written in the policy right? If we want to move then 90 days NP, or if they push us out earlier then basic pay for the remaining 90 days right?
Sorry.. I didn't mean to laugh.. but understand there is no evidence of "force"-resignation.
That's why company prefers to push for "force -resignation" instead of layoff so that they don't need to pay extra money..
Basically I am laughing at our condition.. previously we used to beg & cry for early seperation but now it is very easy..
True that, I feel other Service orgs are quite better employee centric nowadays
