Early Release Compensation

TCS has abruptly released me 16 days early before my actual LWD, without any prior intimation or any email communication while I was ready to serve 90 days notice and never asked for early release. Can I ask for the compensation for those 16 days? Please advice 🙏🙏 I understand they have a right to release anytime before 90 days. But shouldn't they need to inform us well in advance about this, so that we can plan our job transition accordingly. Why corporates are being so selfish and unethical these days 😒😒

If you do not know TCS has fallen to its lowest level , they are trying to save money even if it is 10 rs also , To be frank they will not provide compensation for those 16 days , but still you can check with separation team.

I resigned, so they reduced my project allocation before 3 weeks of my LWD and then got released from TCS before 16 days of my LWD.

Those who want early release are not getting it.. I don't understand this organisation anymore. They really need to change notice period to atleast 2 months
