Early Release.

Hi All, My LWD is August 29th, is there any way I can get a early release feom here. Atleast 15 days earlier.

Depends on your manager and your dependency on the project if you're lucky enough in convincing them for them you'd get release earlier to the date that you have mentioned above or else you have to adjust somehow until ur NP is over..

Where If your manager agrees in this case,then nothing can stop you in getting early release with days that you have mentioned before the time of your LWD

I tried but my manager declined even though I was a ghost team member with no work in the project but still they declined.
