Hi everyone please help me, as I want to know , I have an offer from another company which want me to join ASAP, I am currently in band 2.2 and in bench for last 3 months and again it extended to 1 year in D2D but working in POC as shadow, please suggest how to get early release and how much chances be it be possible , and what reason should be best to be given at ioffboard portal, my official np is 90 days and in offer it is mentioned it can be buy out
