I am on bench nearly for 2 years and currently pn training code, I have an offer but they want to join early in 15 days. I have raised seperation request also discussed with hr, he told that this is depend on your manager. Is there any changes that he will give early release as I dont jave any dependancy and not undergone from any training.
Recently one of seniors negotiated regarding the same, but he was in the project and some dependency was there Still my manager permitted him for 2 months notice period instead of 3 So i think if you don't have any dependency then you can negotiate
I have raised request and also sent mail to manager but he is not responding 5 days are over, what action to be taken?
Just ping him or call. Try to release 1 - 2 day of new company joining.
