Early release and loss of pay

Hi I joined in Capgemini 2nd may 2025, due to some medical reason like anxiety and depression and sleeping issues I am taking the sleeping pills now. I asked for the early release from organization to start my treatment. But HR telling like you can resign and serve in the notice period for 90days (loss of pay) . They won't provided the salary for the notice period. But they are asking me to submit my asset on 90th days(lwd). What can I do now ? I am totally confused

Thinking to suicide .... Kindly help me

What is this, for such a thing how come suicide comes into picture... Think about your parents and family a thousand times... We get so many issues in life and you got suicide thought for such a silly thing... Bhaad mein gayi company... Aaram se chill bro Moreover you can resign and serve the notice period, nobody can stop you.. why that will be a loss of payment, you will be working during the notice period right and nobody gives leaves in notice until you have some superb relationship with your manager. So just relax and quit happily.
