Trending @Capgemini; Early Release

Hi I have resigned and I was looking for early release, I checked with HR team and they say no I will have to serve 3 months. Is it really true that there is no policy of early release and NP buyout in Capgemini as HR says?

Only due to medical reasons or reasons involving higher studies, do they allow early release. Otherwise the word from HR is not to allow early release (even if someone's proposing a buyout option).

The logical reason is that Capgemini's attrition rate is quite high & by releasing people early, it's not going to be of any help. So, even if it costs the company 'monitorily' to keep resources (even the ones on bench), they'd still try to maintain a healthy attrition rate. Although there's no official comm regarding it, that's the word..

Even if we say that we are planning for abroad?

Will they ask any document or verify that as well

It's next to impossible to get an early release. I was told to sit on the bench for 2 months but did not get any early release.

Yeah, early release is tough here. You might try negotiating with your manager, but it's usually a long shot.
