How can I go ahead with early release? Is there a procedure to follow?

Loop both in 1 email & wait for the reply. Even after that if they Direct towards each other request your manager humbly. No other option

Take approval from the Manager,

But usually he/she won't approve it for early release.

I asked my manager...manager told me to ask HR...HR told me to ask manager...funny thing...they are in the same mail chain🙃
