Hi, I am currently on bench and my HR is not accepting my early release request. Is there any possibility for an early release in Accenture for the one who is on bench?. What should I do or whom should I contact to make it possible?

Talk to your manager first. If that doesn't work, keep following up with HR. Sometimes, medical or higher studies reasons can help. Use your earned leaves if possible.
