Early Release.
Before resigning I talked to manager for early release, on that time he was agree that he will give me early release within 30 days.
But when I resigned (15 Aug )and 2 days later I emailed him and their manager for early release.
He is not ready to commit a date for release. He said due to upcoming demo he will not commit any date before demo.(3rd week of Sep.)
Whatever we discuss on teams or call. In Last discussion he said , will release after demo within 7 days on call.
But still not getting any response on my early release Email.
What should I do? I have OL with JL 30 Sep. Please Help.
Don't work and be on ghost mode. Let them chase you. Then put long sick leave. Hr itself will say don't keep on sick leave with salary. These ppl deserve such treatment only.
Always communicate with your manager and HR in the e-mail because they are experts in lying and making fake promises 🤝
Same situation for me too..! Worried.
Ask other company due to some medical reasons unable to join and ask for extension
