My LWD is 12 May , I want early release on or before 25 april, Other company is offering Me WFH but they want me to join on 28 April , Any advice how should I convice HR, I don't have any project dependency , I am on the bench Plese help your freind

If you are on the bench then leave and join another company you just need to pay a 3 month salary to the company no one is stopping you

I am on the bench , My Manager do not have any problem, with , I have 51 earned leaves as well for bangalore abd 5 casual , I am chasing Hr but he did not give reply to me , email him but no response should I connect with his lead

First discuss with your manager if they have any concerns to relieve early based start email conversation with manager and hr.

  1. You have buy out options redeem you leaves
  2. If you don't have leave you need to pay a certain amount that will be calculated and will be shared by hr
  3. Usually hr and manager play around and kill the time...you need to be clear set exception on response timeline.. within 1-2 days there should be progress ..or else followup and follow escalation process like looping higher level...when your are moving higher first connect with them and then loop them.
  4. Parallely convince other company
