Is there anyone who got early promotion from jl3 to jl4 before completing 3 years at Infosys. If yes then please tell me can I ask my manager to promote me early as I am completing my 3 years at Infosys on September. Also what else we have to do to get early promotion please give suggestions too.

Yes, now they're reduced the no of people being promoted to JL4. Now min 3.2 yrs are required to be eligible for JL4.
just keep on reminding your manager every week regarding JL4 promotion

In and around 2022, many people with 2.5 years got promoted to JL4 from JL3. Not sure how it is now. I think now they are not giving easy promotions.
