Early LWD

Hi Guys,

I got an offer from a company which requires me to join them after 60 days. My Project Management is willing to release me as the project is coming to an end in 30 days. The HR is causing troubles and not willing to reduce np stating its not tcs policy. I went through the release policy, which states of business and current assignment deems so, the np can be reduced and my contract, provides me a provision for buyout. The HR was very rude and said this is not the policy. I did state the 2 terms and fact that project is willing to release me, but she would listen and said we will put you in another project, very rudely.

Can anyone please advise how to reduce my notice without creating any rift with org? Has anyone's notice period been reduced?

Please suggest.
