Early exit Notice period

I have got one good opportunity whoes joining is 1oct....tcs end date is nov 8....how can I get early exit from tcs? Already trying to convince management but they are just ignoring my request and taking the days . How to early equity is there any other way we can?
Stop Working or take unplanned emergency leaves.. they will relase you to rmg and u would be out in no time... Once they start thinking you are not dependable they will kick u out 😂😂
Can we stop working during notice period? Wont they take any action against us?
They saying okay give us confidence that u completed your work we will release you...and they giving new work.
Same thing happened with me, My Manager is saying buyback option is not possible and HR won't be approve. I have a offer where joining date is 30days earlier than LWD in tcs.
Same with me bro...I also tried...even I have 98 leaves but still not negotiating one month
