Early Exit in TCS
I am in notice period. I have asked for an early release one month before. Project has approved it. It's pending approval with HR head, by any chance can they turn it down and ask to serve full notice period?

You might face situation where u will feel they are passing time... Make sure to email them on top every 2-3 days asking progress on the same... if still goes on for 1-2 week... Add his/her one level above person.

I've done this already and HR called me and asked why am I continuously mailing him and told that my request will most probably be rejected and I'll have to serve the entire notice period
