Same happened with me recently

I faced the same issue in 2022. TL who was on ML came back and the customer wanted me to stay but as per ACN policies, they can’t let returning mothers be on bench and even though I was the star performer, I was let go off, even after the promise of promotion in the next cycle.

I too faced this situation last year.
