Trending @HCL; Eager to know offer breakdown after retention bonus
After completing 1+ year, I got compensation letter stating 5 LPA after hike and retention bonus added in that (5 LPA -> 4.6 LPA + 40k retention bonus). Now I have completed 2+ years and received retention bonus too. Will my new offer breakdown includes this bonus amount to calculate my in-hand salary in upcoming month? Will my in-hand be based on "4.6 LPA + hike" or "5 LPA + hike"? Will they mention 2nd retention bonus after completing 3 years?
Many confusions in my mind regarding the same.
Always hike on total CTC(5 lpa+hike) & Retention bonus will not included in monthly pay.
Last compensation states total CTC is changed to 5 LPA. So is the confusion. And if not to include retention bonus... New CTC will be less than current CTC, as they will not give 40k hike to match retention bonus amount
Please check ur ctc alone not include these bonus. Once retention bonus received ur ctc will be 4.6 + hike. Package is Different ctc is diffrent.
