E3 skillset assessment

Has anybody got mail from AI and Data ISU people where it has mentioned that any E3 declared skillset in iEvolve will be assessed again. Total 30 skillsets has been enlisted within that assessment, Mainframe, Vsam, Sql server, powerbi all these skillset are coming under Data.

Any idea what is going on!!??

Yes received as I've declared E3 competency in ZOS-VSAM. Read the SOP and it seems they are planning to make a AI/DA squad of 10k people across TCS for certain skills and we need to give assessment for E3 and clear it to be a part of the squad.
