E3 competency assessment

I once applied for E3 competency, One of the person was assigned as an evaluator and he just gave some random topics and asked me to submit a whitepaper on them

Its better to leave this stupid company. I slept peacefully after my last working day in TCS

No use of Wings 1,2,3 or any other Better try for some external Certifications which will help you for your Profile

I also feel wings2 are just a scam.. even though you cleared everything they will just say you don't have proper experience for the "xyz" role and they will not give you compensation as per wings2

Totally scam try to switch as these assessments are not transparent or measurable

Is there any benefit with E3 competency? Wings2 I can understand.

Target for wings2, E3 will not be helpful except some weightage for promotion.

Wings and E1, E2....is a scam to trap u. 99% LEGACY n Outdated.
