E1 or above competency not acquired

Hi.

I am getting repeated mails/pings from Talent Development asking me to acquire an E1 or above competency within a certain date. Any idea what happens if we don’t do it? Thanks.

Nothing much will happen but it’s better acquire market relevant skill and be market ready. If your Mtl non Compliant then qva and promotions will get affected
