E-Sign offer letter?

Received an offer letter from Optum, and I've been constantly getting email for e-signing it, the thing is offer is not that great, only 17% increment is there. And I do not have any other offer in hand, I am on notice period. I am looking for another companies as well. So what I I sign it, and later I want to go for any other company, will I be able to ? After e-signin it?

Is NSDL the enabler of this and therefore asked to be 'authorized'?
Seems pretty formal though and do check of any problematic clauses of what happens if you don't join.
