Trending @Infosys; E-separation without any offer in hand
Hi everyone,
I’m unhappy with my current project and no hike in Infosys. Has anyone experienced Infosys retaining you if you don’t have any offer in hand? I think I just need a project change because I’m close to 3 years of experience and I have very no learning and actual hands-on in my technology. Kindly suggest. Thank you.
If you are an an excellent resource with outstanding rating having lot of dependency plus if it will cost much more time and resource to allocate someone else to replace you than yes they will try to retain but very less probability if you are a JL3/JL4.
My suggestion if you are not ready to switch and just doing this to change your project just don't do this.
Thanks for your suggestion. Yes, I’m a JL3. It’s a support project and I know I’m much capable than this but I’m not getting the chance to prove myself hence I feel stuck.
I can do a switch, I’m just afraid if I’ll be able to not make it in the next company given that I have less hands-on experience.
Tech Stack you are interested in ? And what work you are doing currently in project?
Try IJPs if you want to change project or Bridge and DS programs. Job Market is not stable at the moment not the time to take the leap of faith.
@AegonStark Yes, I agree. I’m not sure if I’ll get retained given the JL, hence I’m a bit skeptical. Also, there are no other projects in my stream in IJP, so I’m stuck there too.
