Trending @Cognizant; E-letters for the merit increase?

Hi all, I know that our revised compensation would be effective 1st Aug. But I'm not sure when we'd get e-letters informing us about our bump (whatever that means). Any idea on when we might get the letters?

Thank you for letting us know. I tried to access gorewards, because that's where this amount usually gets updated even before we get these letters, but the link kept crashing, so my assumption is it's being updated in the backend. Good to know that things have been put in motion
