E&Y Promotion 2025

I have completed 2.6 years with EY and managed total three clients (projects). I’m wondering if I can expect a promotion this year, or if I’ll need to wait another year.

I’m at the Senior Consultant Level 2 position and aiming for a promotion to Manager. Could you clarify what the promotion criteria at EY typically are? So far, I haven’t had any discussions with my managers or partners regarding my progress or career growth.
