Trending @Capgemini; During the notice period, is it mandatory to complete 12 days of BTO? Can the manager delay or withhold the relieving letter in any way?

I am on notice period in these 30 days i went 3 days only

Not necessary , but you need to go office at last days for submitting laptop and accessories

If I'm in notice period... I'll not complete the 12 days. Who wants to follow the rules of u r out of the company already.
