During the bench is WFH allowed based on medical issues

My father is going to get a knee replacement. And I got released from the project since this month. So now reporting to Rmg.

Can I avail WFH based on parental care at least for few days when I am on bench??

Please reply it's very urgent for me to know this.

Speak to RMG HR along with medical docs as proof. This will be validated and usually approved as you are not allocated .worst case they will ask you to go on leave instead of WFH if they do not approve.

Actually one more thing just 1 month back I took WFH exception for my mother's surgery. After validation by hr and tcs doctor they allowed me for 15 days. So is there any kind of constraints like I can avail only once or something?

These days rmg are not allowing people for doing WFH. Give a try. If they are not approving your case rmg are simply asking you to apply leaves.
