Hi all , During retention Is it mandatory to disclose an offer letter which we bagged outside, how to negotiate on this

Same boat...every other day someone from HR and Delivery calls me to share the offer letter...Schedule retention call but don't join...

same doubt here...is it mandatory to share offer letter details?.in my case client is supporting to retain me and i dont have a valid offer letter since i have resigned to check my luck by reducing notice period and trying as joining within last month of notice period... please guide

Don’t share offer letter, because tcs has a shit lot of privacy policies so they shouldn’t ask for offer letter of another company which is confidential. If they insist on that, just redact the document. Only show the CTC and role. Hide everything else like company name etc.

Actually I got an offer as an immediate joiner ,
But practically I put resignation without a valid offer in hand , now I am trying my luck
