During bench period in TCS, will they cut variable pay and performance bonus. Any idea on it. Please suggest.

Yes variable will cut if we have less than 85% of deployment index, if on bench more than 1 month then offcourse deployment index get reduced and you are not eligible for variable pay

Is Deployment Index same as WFO index? If not, could you please highlight the differences b/w the two?
