U may join other one by talking to delink the the RAS by the one who has done it. But it totally depends on the team who has raises ras first, if they will need they will not delink ras. If the other one where u want to move can make them aggree then might be possible. Same happend with me as i got selected for two but one where i did not want to join got ras assigned first. Then there was a long chain mail fight over this but ultimately the one who raised ras did not get it delinked and i had to work woth them alothouh i wamted tk join other one as that proj was of my domain.
