Read a thread somewhere on Twitter, not sure how reliable but it said something along the lines that Reliance has little over 25% stake in Dunzo & Dunzo cannot raise more money without a cheque from Reliance or permission to issue more shares and raise money. Jiomart/RIL is among the top corp customers of Dunzo, so Reliance might try to squeeze and acquire Dunzo for pennies

From what I heard, while for Dunzo, Reliance is a big client but for Reliance - Dunzo does very insignificant volumes hence they may not really cut a cheque.
