Dunzo again says “we regret” for the nth time
Dunzo has once more failed to deliver on its promise of crediting August salaries today, leaving employees frustrated. Employees were assured on last Thursday that the salaries would be credited today but yet another mail came in with the news of salaries being rolled out by this week. Words are cheap and the leadership hasn’t even addressed any of these concerns since a month now!

What a sad situation. They're just milking free work from employees, exploiting sunk cost fallacy to the max.
Why are people still working there? If you quit will you not get your pending pay? Even if that's the case it's way better to get a new job to reestablish the flow of money rather than burn through their savings working for free.
They're basically trying to buy as much time as possible to find solutions in the meantime.
It is unfortunate though, especially for the employees.
Its done.. any company when they delay salary , the yw would be ashamed only the first month. If the company delays salary for the second time, then they want people to go. They want to save month on f2f.
We need some strict laws and regulation on this. Governments don't call this an issue because they have never worked an actual job in their entire lives so they can't relate, but there should be a law that if a company cannot pay salaries for continuous months they should shut down the company and operations till the salaries are paid or shut down the company completely. There is absolutely no way the top management isn't taking a salary and the employees always have to suffer. Now they will layoff half the guys and not even give FnF mostly this is just crazy. Delayed salary is theft and the company is stealing from it's employees. They should not only give the expected salary but also the salary with interest for each employee because that's how money works right. Employees are not your slaves. Shut the company if you can't handle this. Dunzo isn't doing anything unique, other companies can fill the void. But stop stealing from the employees.
Govts don't call it an issue because they either pay their permanent employees on time or they never pay contract employees on time.
