Due to this low increment and RTO ISSUE SOON TCS WILL FACE SOME SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES

I think it is not possible because TCS management initiated these things intentionally.. so they might have evaluated the risk and profits before implementing.

2. No on-time promotions
3. No Recognition
